Every year the VPRO invites an artist to do a project in the glass room at the entrance of the new Villa VPRO.
The Smoking Lounge of Gerald Van Der Kaap is the first in this series. A selection of tapes
(not for broadcasting) was shown on the monitor in the lounge. These pages document the project.
